WELCOME BACK

 On Sunday, May 31, Graham Church plans a cautious reopening of public worship services. This will be the first phase of our restart plan.  We ask you to help us make our restart to be safe, kind, and glorifying to God who made us.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

• We will have teams cleaning bathrooms and high-traffic surfaces in between each service. Hand sanitizer will be available at each entrance and scattered in the main foyer areas.
• We have changed our seating arrangement in the Auditorium by removing some chairs in order to allow six feet of space between worshiping families. The auditorium is limited to 100 attenders during this first phase.
• There will be no coffee or food served during the first phase of reopening, nor will we be giving out bulletins. Please sign up to receive our E-news at grahamchurch.org/contact
• Our greeters will wear face coverings and will open doors, while standing to the side, so that your family may enter without touching any door.
• People on the stage will not be wearing face coverings, but will be at least six feet away from others.
• Foot traffic will flow in and out separate doors to avoid crowding at entrances.
• At this time, there will be no Nursery, Children’s or Youth activities on campus.

WHAT WE CAN EXPECT FROM YOU:

• If you come as a family or household, please sit together during services.
• Please consider attending worship in the Commons at least once or twice a month.
• Please respect other people’s personal space by maintaining six feet of social distance when possible.
• If you are in a high risk group, feel uncomfortable meeting in-person, if you feel sick in any way, or if you think you might have been exposed to the virus, please join us online rather than attending in-person.
• Hand shaking, hugging, and other physical contact should be avoided.
• Please follow general good hygiene practices, such as covering your cough, washing hands, etc.
• Face coverings are not required, but you are welcome to wear one if you choose.
• Please enter though door 3 (Main entrance) and exit door 2 (South entrance)

SCHEDULE FOR MAY 31-JUNE 28

• We will have two in-person worship services. The first will be at 9:30am, and the second will be at 11am. At 9:30 the service will be streamed in the Commons.
• Both services will be live-streamed on Facebook, YouTube, and grahamchurch.org/live.
• Because we believe in respecting the authorities over us and the guidelines they have given us, coupled with our space limitations, we will only be able to accommodate a limited number of people in each service. Overflow rooms with live hosts will be available to your family.
• We will not have Preschool, Children’s or Youth activities during this phase of reopening.
