Graham Youth is all about Junior and Senior High students! Teens meet in separate Junior High and Senior High groups on Sunday and midweek, so that they are able to get the attention and answers that they need for their lives. Both groups have fun, worship God, and grow closer to God and one another.
When you walk into youth group, you’ll be greeted by other students your age and adult leaders. Expect to hang out, play some games, sing a few songs, and hear a lesson about God’s truth in your life.
Students in 7th – 12th grade meet on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:15. All grades stay together for the majority of the night, but finish the night in small groups according to age and gender.
A typical Sunday School class includes a little hangout, prayer requests and prayer, and a Bible lesson.
Junior High (7th and 8th) meets in the Education Wing at 10:45.
Senior High (9th-12th) meets in the youth room at 10:45.
Graham Youth would not be complete without a variety of activities. There are lots of opportunities to join in, hang out, serve, and grow with Graham Youth! Here are some for example:
Destination Unknowns – Each month you get to hang out at a random church member’s house for a few hours on a Sunday night
Bind Us Together – Our fall kickoff retreat is a non-stop highlight of the entire year
Winter Retreat – We head up north to Camp Barakel to spend a weekend chilling out and growing
Dare2Share – We head to Chicago for this spring conference that focuses on sharing the gospel with others
Parties – We like to have fun, especially around Christmas and the Super Bowl
All Nighter – Who doesn’t want to stay up all night with their friends playing laser tag?
Missions Trips – Over the past five years, we’ve gone on five stateside and international trips
